Masood emphasized that his focus remains on party discipline and grassroots expansion, noting that lists for 80% of the state's booths are already prepared. He described the ongoing rebuilding effort as a rapid process, with final details expected to emerge within days. Beyond infrastructure, he framed the party as an inclusive platform for all castes and religions, distancing it from the identity-based politics often seen in the region.

The organizational shift, directed by the AICC, also sees Aradhana Misra 'Mona' stepping in as the new UPCC president. Replacing outgoing chief Ajay Rai, Misra brings experience from her previous tenure as the Congress Legislature Party leader. This appointment, confirmed by AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal, marks a strategic transition for the party as it prepares for future electoral challenges in Uttar Pradesh.
