Bharadwaj emphasized that the protest must remain strictly peaceful, despite the closure of several metro stations near the venue. He advised supporters to exit at AIIMS and navigate the remaining distance by auto-rickshaw or on foot. The AAP leader dismissed concerns over police presence, suggesting that logistical hurdles should not deter public participation in what he described as a battle for freedom.
Simultaneously, the leader reported that police personnel had been stationed at his private residence throughout the night. He questioned the necessity of the deployment, particularly while he was absent from the property. Bharadwaj further escalated his rhetoric against the central government, alleging that the Election Commission operates under the direct influence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and warned that failing to protest would signal the end of democratic norms in the country.
