Fadnavis Backs RSS Chief’s Call for Open Dialogue with Youth

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has endorsed RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s recent appeal for national unity, urging political factions to move past partisan labels. The call comes as Bhagwat encourages a more transparent approach to the inquisitive nature of Generations Z and Alpha in contemporary social discourse.

Bhagwat, speaking at an IIMUN event, argued that younger generations demand reasoned explanations rather than rhetoric. He specifically cautioned against dismissing dissenters as anti-national, suggesting that the tendency of youth to question authority can foster a healthier, more transparent society. Fadnavis emphasized that these insights are intended to benefit every citizen, transcending the traditional boundaries of ruling and opposition parties.

Alongside this focus on social cohesion, the state government is moving forward with a multifaceted agenda. Fadnavis confirmed that authorities are taking steps to restrict the circulation of radicalizing publications. Simultaneously, his administration is implementing a significant farm loan waiver program, a policy shift designed to provide financial relief to millions of farmers across Maharashtra.
